Now there is a globe to match: AURORA – a designer globe that shows large parts of Europe and is much more than just a geographical model. Developed by the long-established Columbus Verlag, the oldest active globe manufacturer in the world with over 115 years of experience, AURORA combines aesthetics, function and emotion in a unique travel companion. Inspired by the Aurora Borealis, the Northern Lights – one of Europe's most fascinating natural phenomena – AURORA stands for light, magic and wanderlust. Like the Northern Lights, this globe awakens a longing for vastness, freedom and new discoveries – whether in the far north, the sunny south or somewhere in between.


Focus on Europe – because travelling is a matter of the heart
Unlike traditional globes, AURORA specifically shows only what matters to many motorhome enthusiasts: regions of Europe in all their facets – from Arctic Scandinavia to the Mediterranean south, from the Atlantic coast to the Black Sea. With a diameter of 26 cm, AURORA is ideal for the dashboard, storage compartments or table in your motorhome. A modern USB-C connection allows the globe to be illuminated from the inside – for atmospheric lighting in the evening and a sophisticated ambience in your vehicle. The design combines the cool blue tones of the north with the warm terracotta colours of the south, reflecting the diversity of Europe. The base is stylishly covered with fine leather.

A special highlight: individual travel destinations or places of longing can be marked on the globe with small Swarovski stones. When illuminated, they sparkle like little stars – memories you can touch.
